Salaries range from EUR 38,000 for junior roles to EUR 96,000+ for heads of sustainable supply chain in multinational corporations. The role typically sits at the intersection of operations, sustainability, and procurement departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and assess environmental impact across multi-tier supply chains
• Set and monitor supplier sustainability KPIs and conduct audits

• Ensure compliance with CSDDD, CSRD, and national supply chain due diligence laws

Required Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Engineering, or Business
• Professional certification in sustainability or procurement
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and LCA software
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
