1. Acceptance

By using Green Level (green-level.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Green Level is a job board and career platform focused on green and sustainable careers. We aggregate job listings, provide career resources, and connect employers with job seekers in the sustainability sector.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting job listings, profiles, or CVs.
  • You must not submit spam, fraudulent listings, or misleading content.
  • You are responsible for the content you submit to the platform.
  • Employers are responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with applicable labor laws.

4. Job Listings

  • Free listings are displayed for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Paid listings receive additional features as described on our pricing page.
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or are not related to green/sustainable careers.
  • Aggregated listings from third-party sources are displayed as-is and link back to the original source.

5. Payments

Payments for premium job listings are processed through Stripe. All prices are displayed in EUR. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the listing has not been published.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Green Level name, logo, and website design are our property.
  • Job listing content remains the property of the submitting employer.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes for job seekers.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party aggregated listings.
  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Level shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union.
