Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable procurement policies aligned with ISO 20400
• Assess and manage supplier ESG performance using platforms like EcoVadis and CDP Supply Chain
• Calculate and reduce Scope 3 supply chain emissions through supplier engagement and logistics optimisation
• Ensure compliance with EU CSDDD and national supply chain due diligence legislation
• Design circular packaging and reverse logistics programmes to reduce waste
• Report supply chain sustainability metrics for CSRD, CDP, and investor disclosures

Required Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Sustainability Management
• CIPS or CSCP qualification
• Understanding of carbon accounting (GHG Protocol Scope 3), LCA methodologies, and ESG frameworks
• Experience with supply chain management systems (SAP, Oracle) and ESG assessment platforms
