About the Position
Lead KFC’s global sustainability strategy including packaging sustainability, waste reduction, responsible sourcing, and climate commitments across 150+ countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver key objectives for the role
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and report on progress against targets
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

- Cross-functional initiatives to reduce environmental impact
- Stakeholder engagement and reporting
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive sustainability leadership experience
- Experience in QSR, FMCG, or food & beverage industry
- Knowledge of ESG reporting and investor relations
- Global supply chain sustainability experience
- MBA or advanced degree required
