About the Position
Lead the regional sustainability agenda including circular economy initiatives for packaging, renewable materials sourcing, and carbon reduction across manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver key objectives for the role

- Monitor and report on progress against targets
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Requirements
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership roles
- Experience in FMCG or packaging industry
- Knowledge of EU sustainability directives
- Fluent English and Italian
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
