Junior Sustainability Consultant
About the Position

As a Junior Sustainability Consultant, you will support client engagements in ESG reporting, climate risk assessment, and sustainability strategy development. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to launch a career in sustainability consulting with exposure to diverse industries and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of sustainability and ESG reports for corporate clients
- Conduct desktop research and data analysis for due diligence and benchmarking projects
- Assist with carbon footprint calculations and Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions inventories
- Contribute to client presentations and proposal development
- Participate in stakeholder engagement workshops and interviews
What Youβll Work On
- Supporting major German corporations with CSRD compliance readiness
- Conducting climate scenario analysis for financial services clients
- Assisting with environmental and social impact assessments for infrastructure projects
- Developing sustainability benchmarking reports across industry sectors
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Proficiency in English and German
- Interest in corporate sustainability and climate strategy
