BURN manufactures the world’s most efficient cookstoves, reducing carbon emissions and improving lives across Africa. Lead our manufacturing operations in Nairobi.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production of 20,000+ cookstoves
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Manage quality control processes and certifications
- Train and develop a manufacturing team of 200+
Requirements
- 7+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering - Experience with lean/Six Sigma methodologies - Background in consumer products manufacturing - Willingness to relocate to Nairobi
