About the Position

Sustainability is embedded in every project from concept to completion.
As a Passive House Architect, you will lead the energy and sustainability design of major building projects, ensuring they meet Passive House, DGNB, or equivalent certification standards. You will be a key technical leader within design teams, integrating energy performance with architectural quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead energy performance design for new buildings targeting Passive House certification
- Conduct thermal bridge analysis, airtightness planning, and PHPP energy modeling
- Collaborate with engineers on HVAC system design optimized for low-energy buildings
- Advise project teams on sustainable material selection and embodied carbon reduction
- Present sustainability strategies to clients and at design review meetings

- Designing a net-zero office campus for a major Nordic tech company
- Developing a replicable Passive House approach for social housing projects
- Integrating biophilic design principles with high-performance building envelopes
- Mentoring junior architects on sustainable design methods and tools
Requirements
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD) or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in sustainable building design
- Proficiency with Revit, PHPP, and energy simulation software
- Portfolio demonstrating high-performance building projects
