Production Supervisor (Quality)

About the Position

CarbonX is a Dutch cleantech company pioneering advanced carbon-based battery materials that enhance battery performance while significantly reducing environmental impact. Our materials help batteries charge faster, last longer, and use fewer critical minerals. As Production Supervisor (Quality), you will lead quality systems and production oversight for CarbonX’s manufacturing operations in Delft.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations with a focus on quality assurance and process consistency
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures
• Conduct in-process inspections, sampling, and quality audits on production batches
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and lead corrective action processes
• Collaborate with R&D and process engineering teams to translate laboratory processes to production scale

What You’ll Work On

You will be responsible for ensuring that CarbonX’s advanced carbon materials meet exacting quality standards - because the performance of next-generation batteries depends on material consistency. This is a hands-on quality leadership role in an innovative Dutch deeptech company that is changing what batteries are made of.

This is an on-site role at CarbonX’s Delft facility in the heart of the Netherlands’ technology ecosystem.
