Sustainability Analyst

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will support the companyβs sustainability reporting and strategic ESG initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and communicate sustainability data that drives decision-making at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate annual sustainability reports aligned with GRI, CSRD, and EU Taxonomy requirements
- Collect and validate ESG data from business units across multiple regions
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on company sustainability strategy
- Support internal and external sustainability ratings and rankings submissions
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate sustainability performance
What Youβll Work On
- Building automated data pipelines for ESG metrics collection
- Contributing to the companyβs net-zero roadmap and science-based targets
- Collaborating with investor relations on sustainability-related disclosures
- Benchmarking performance against industry peers and best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sustainability reporting or ESG analysis
- Proficiency with GRI, CDP, and CSRD frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
