About the Position
Crusoe transforms stranded energy into eco-friendly power for data centers. We’re hiring operators to manage our fleet of modular data centers powered by otherwise-wasted energy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain modular data center infrastructure
- Coordinate with field teams for equipment deployment
- Optimize energy consumption and cooling systems
- Track and report on emissions reduction metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years in data center operations or industrial facilities - Understanding of power distribution and cooling systems - Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) - Willingness to travel to remote sites
