About the Position
EnergyHub connects distributed energy resources to the grid. Lead programs that enable utilities to manage millions of smart thermostats, batteries, and EV chargers.
Responsibilities
- Manage utility partnerships and demand response programs
- Define program strategy and KPIs for grid flexibility
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, ops)
- Present results and roadmap to utility executives
Requirements
- 5+ years in energy or utility sector - Experience with demand response or DER management - Strong project management skills - Understanding of electricity markets
