Senior Sustainability Consultant

About the Position

Their Sustainability Advisory practice helps corporations, governments, and institutions develop and implement strategies to address climate change, resource scarcity, and stakeholder expectations.

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will serve as a project lead delivering sustainability advisory services across a range of capabilities including sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, net zero strategy, circularity, and nature and biodiversity. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability projects from scoping and proposal through delivery and close-out
• Advise clients on sustainability strategy, goal setting, and achievement plans
• Manage ESG reporting and disclosure projects aligned with major frameworks
• Develop net zero transition roadmaps and decarbonization strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

What You’ll Work On

• Helping major corporations navigate the evolving ESG regulatory landscape including CSRD and SEC climate rules
• Developing science-based targets and net zero strategies for industrial and commercial clients
• Conducting materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement processes
• Supporting Arcadis’s growing sustainability practice across the Americas
