About the Position

Ambrook is building financial tools for sustainable agriculture, helping American family-run farms become more profitable and resilient in the face of economic and climate pressures. As a Growth Engineer, you will work at the intersection of technology and sustainable food systems, building the product features and systems that drive adoption of Ambrook’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship growth-focused product features driving user acquisition and engagement
• Develop and instrument experiments to test growth hypotheses across the funnel
• Build internal tools and data pipelines to support the growth and revenue teams
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship high-quality, impactful features
• Contribute to Ambrook’s engineering culture and technical standards

What You’ll Work On

You will build the systems that bring more American farmers onto a platform designed to make sustainable agriculture viable. This is mission-driven engineering work - the better you execute on growth, the more farms can access financial tools that help them thrive sustainably.
