About the Position

As a Sustainability Reporting Analyst, you will support the collection, validation, and reporting of sustainability data across Schneider Electric’s global operations. You will contribute to the company’s external sustainability disclosures and help ensure compliance with evolving EU sustainability reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collect and validate sustainability data from business units and regional teams worldwide
- Support the preparation of Schneider Electric’s annual sustainability report and CSRD disclosures
- Manage submissions to external rating agencies and disclosure frameworks (CDP, EcoVadis, DJSI)
- Maintain and improve sustainability data management systems and processes
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on reporting processes
What You’ll Work On
- Supporting Schneider Electric’s compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
- Improving data quality and automation in sustainability reporting workflows
- Contributing to Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Impact scores and public commitments
- Collaborating with global teams to standardize sustainability data collection processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, or corporate responsibility
- Knowledge of reporting frameworks including CSRD, GRI, CDP, and EU Taxonomy
- Strong Excel skills and experience with data management or BI tools
- Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
