About the Position

As a Sustainability Reporting Analyst, you will support the collection, validation, and reporting of sustainability data across Schneider Electricโ€™s global operations. You will contribute to the companyโ€™s external sustainability disclosures and help ensure compliance with evolving EU sustainability reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate sustainability data from business units and regional teams worldwide
  • Support the preparation of Schneider Electricโ€™s annual sustainability report and CSRD disclosures
  • Manage submissions to external rating agencies and disclosure frameworks (CDP, EcoVadis, DJSI)
  • Maintain and improve sustainability data management systems and processes
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on reporting processes

What Youโ€™ll Work On

  • Supporting Schneider Electricโ€™s compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
  • Improving data quality and automation in sustainability reporting workflows
  • Contributing to Schneider Electricโ€™s Sustainability Impact scores and public commitments
  • Collaborating with global teams to standardize sustainability data collection processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, or corporate responsibility
  • Knowledge of reporting frameworks including CSRD, GRI, CDP, and EU Taxonomy
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data management or BI tools
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
