Logistics and Transport Coordinator - Battery Recycling

About the Position

Cylib is a German deeptech startup developing next-generation battery recycling technology, enabling the efficient recovery of critical materials to support a sustainable green energy transition. As Logistics and Transport Coordinator, you will manage the movement of battery materials across Cylib’s operations in Aachen and Dormagen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for battery material streams across Cylib’s sites
• Manage transport suppliers, freight bookings, and hazardous materials documentation for battery shipments
• Ensure compliance with ADR (dangerous goods transport) regulations and environmental standards
• Optimize transport routes and costs while maintaining material traceability
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams on material flow planning

What You’ll Work On

Battery recycling is a cornerstone of the circular economy and the green energy transition - and logistics is the critical link that makes it work. You will ensure that end-of-life batteries and recovered materials move efficiently, safely, and compliantly through Cylib’s supply chain, directly supporting the company’s mission to close the loop on battery materials.

This role operates across Cylib’s sites in Aachen and Dormagen, North Rhine-Westphalia.
