EV Charging Network Construction Supervisor
About the Position
WAAT specializes in end-to-end EV charging solutions, empowering sustainable mobility through seamless installation and management of electric vehicle charging networks across France. We work with social housing operators, commercial properties, and municipalities to deploy charging infrastructure at scale. As Construction Supervisor (Conducteur de Travaux), you will oversee EV charging installation projects from planning to handover.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate EV charging network installation projects across the Ile-de-France region
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, and installation schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and installation planning for social housing and commercial properties
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality requirements
- Liaise with clients, housing operators, and utilities throughout the project lifecycle

This is an on-site, project-based role covering the greater Paris area.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Conducteur de Travaux or site supervisor in electrical installation or infrastructure - Knowledge of French electrical standards (NFC 15-100, IRVE certification preferred) - Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-site projects - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project timelines and budgets - Valid driving license; French language proficiency required
