Sustainable Freight Operations Coordinator
About the Position
Einride operates one of the largest fleets of heavy-duty electric trucks, serving Global Fortune 500 companies across eight markets. Our autonomous, cabless electric trucks are monitored by a centralized Control Tower. Join our operations team to coordinate sustainable freight movements and help decarbonize the transport sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily electric truck fleet operations using Einride’s intelligent freight operating system
- Monitor autonomous truck runs via the Control Tower and handle real-time operational decisions
- Work with logistics partners and customers (e.g., Lidl, Oatly, DB Schenker) to optimize routes
- Track and report on CO2 savings versus diesel baseline for each customer engagement
What You’ll Work On
- Scaling electric freight operations across Sweden and Northern Europe
- Supporting the rollout of new Smartcharger charging hubs
- Improving fleet utilization and reducing empty miles through data-driven logistics
Requirements
- 1+ years in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations - Strong analytical skills and comfort with data dashboards and operational software - Interest in autonomous vehicles and sustainable transport - Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities - Driver's license (CE class is a plus but not required)
